Introduction

ArionaAPI is an AI-powered Messenger automation and live inbox service for Facebook Pages, provided by Ariona RB. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete data when Page owners connect their Meta/Facebook Pages and when customers interact with those Pages through Messenger.

Information We Collect

• Facebook Page information such as Page name, Page ID, connected Page access status, and workspace association.
• Messenger conversation data such as message text, sender Page-scoped ID (PSID), timestamps, and whether a message was sent by AI or by a human agent.
• Order and CRM data voluntarily provided in Messenger, including name, address, city, phone number, selected product, color, size, and order status.
• Bot memory/training content entered by Page owners, such as shipping rules, store policies, FAQs, and product instructions.

How We Use Data

We use data only to provide Messenger automation, live inbox management, order processing, CRM follow-ups, support, security, and compliance with Meta Platform requirements. We do not sell Platform Data or Messenger data to third parties.

Sharing and Processors

Data may be processed by hosting, database, AI, and infrastructure providers solely to operate ArionaAPI. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, maintain security logs, or support the Page owner. Users may request deletion through our Data Deletion page.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, service-role separation, and reasonable operational safeguards to protect data.
