Service Description

ArionaAPI provides AI Messenger automation, live inbox tools, Facebook Page connection, bot memory, order collection, CRM follow-up reminders, and related dashboard features.

Users must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, Messenger Platform policies, the 24-hour messaging rule, privacy requirements, and all applicable laws.

User Responsibilities

• Keep access credentials secure.
• Use the service lawfully and do not send spam, harassment, or prohibited content.
• Ensure bot responses, store policies, and product/order data are accurate.
• Respond to customer requests for privacy, support, or data deletion.

Data and Content

You retain rights to your content and grant ArionaAPI a limited license to host and process it only to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArionaAPI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
